Delivery FAQ
Q1: How will my order be delivered to me?
A1: Currently, we do not provide any meet-up for collection of your order. Delivery will be done via SingPost, please indicate your choice of either normal or registered post when you place your order with us.
For normal postage, please note that we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
Q2: What are the postage charges?
A2: For Normal Local (Singapore) post:
- 1 box of falsies - S$ 0.50
- 2 to 3 boxes of falsies - S$ 0.80
- 4 to 5 boxes of falsies - S$ 1.00
Please enquire if you order more than 5 boxes.
For Registered Post (Singapore):
- Please add S$ 2.24
Q3: How soon will I receive my order?
A3: Upon receipt of your payment, you should receive the package within 3 working days.
